We believe in a simple and transparent approach, in the odd event that a problem occurs here is what you need to know.
DOMESTIC WARRANTY
We take pride in our work and want you to feel confident choosing us for your home security needs.
Parts Warranty:
All new parts supplied and fitted by us come with a 12-month warranty. This covers manufacturing faults under normal household use.
Work We Don’t Warranty:
Some jobs are carried out as a temporary or short-term fix, and because of that, no warranty applies to the following:

Temporary repairs requested or agreed to at the time of service

Servicing, adjusting, or lubricating existing locks or mechanisms
These services are intended as maintenance or short-term solutions, so we can’t guarantee how long older locks or mechanisms will continue to operate.

What the Warranty Doesn’t Cover:
The warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or forced entry

Faults caused by old or failing existing hardware

Work or changes carried out by another tradesperson

Snapped, broken, or damaged keys, including keys broken inside locks

If There’s a Problem
If you think there’s an issue with a part we’ve supplied, just get in touch. We’ll be happy to take a look and, if it’s covered under warranty, we’ll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
Automotive WARRANTY
All car keys supplied and programmed by our locksmiths are covered by a 3-month warranty for your peace of mind.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and programming faults that occur during normal use. If your key develops a fault within this period, we will inspect it and, where appropriate, repair or replace it at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover loss, snapped or broken keys, accidental or physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear. This includes damaged buttons, cracked or broken casings, and flat or depleted batteries.
​
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
